Monrovia is an administrative centre of Liberia. All state is divided into 13 counties. The city is in a river Saint Paul mouth on cape Mesurado.

In the top angle figure "1887" meaning date of the basis of a city is seated. On a red background gold Latin letters introduce the city name: «MONROVIA». On a white strip of the plotting are absent.
