Monrovia is an administrative centre of Liberia. All state is divided into 13 counties. The city is in a river Saint Paul mouth on cape Mesurado.
The Majority of metropolitan inhabitants (about 95 %) can be carried to national groups cru, kpelle, bakve, also Americans, natives of the Western Europe and Lebanon here live.
